Seelok-eloknya ambil 2 biji Jamu Kacip Timah setiap hari. Dan pastikan minum air masak mencukupi setiap hari.

Selepas makan malam di antara pukul 6pm - 7pm sangat sesuai supaya anda ada masa untuk minum air masak secukupnya sebelum masuk tidur.
